Job summary

Storage Giant in Cardiff (and across Swansea, Newport, Cwmbran) is hiring a Sales Advisor to join our fast-growing self-storage team. If you’re a people person with a talent for sales and a passion for delivering great customer experiences, we want to hear from you, with immediate start opportunities in Cardiff and vacancies across South Wales.

The role involves letting storage rooms, selling merchandise, handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer-facing sales, retail, or hospitality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours including weekends.
• Residing within a 30-minute travel radius of the store.
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle preferred.

Locations: Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Cwmbran

Hours: 40 hours per week | Rota’d shifts between Monday to Friday (07:55–18:15), Saturday (08:55–17:15) & Sunday (09:55–16:15)
