About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Sales Advisors make it happen. They are outgoing, dynamic, passionate, and committed to providing the best service. They care about their customers and our business, which is fundamental to our success.

We are seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor who will support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing to achieving branch and individual sales targets.

Main duties include:

  1. Developing strong customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques.
  2. Collaborating with the sales team on product promotions, answering telephone and electronic queries.
  3. Fully satisfying customer needs regarding part orders, requests, or queries.
  4. Contributing to positive team performance while working towards personal benchmarks to optimize sales performance.
  5. Liaising with the Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met.
  6. Enhancing product knowledge through studying internal literature.
  7. Using the E-learning portal to improve performance.

Working hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working.

About You

As a Sales Advisor, you should have experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

What you'll need to succeed:

  1. Ability to work well and deliver results under pressure.
  2. Organized with great attention to detail.
  3. Customer-focused attitude.
  4. Target-driven, motivated by sales, and able to handle rejection.
  5. Willingness to learn and develop.
  6. Team player with the ability to work independently.
  7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. IT literacy.
  9. Knowledge of car parts and MAM/Allicat is helpful but not essential.
