Jewson, part of Stark UK, is seeking a talented Senior Sales Adviser for the Winchester branch. You’ll build great relationships with customers, learn our product lines, and process orders and payments using in-house systems to ensure smooth deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services to maximize customer interactions.
• Develop great relationships with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone, offering proactive advice and solutions.
• Use in-house systems to process orders/payments, organise deliveries, update accounts and keep customers updated.
• Keep the branch tidy to make a great first impression.
• Maintain stock levels with regular stock counts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement.

WhatYou’llBe Doing:

• Get to know our product lines and servicesin order tomake the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values
• Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
• Use our in-house systems to process customer orders and payments, organise delivery times, update customer accounts and keep customers updated throughout their journey
• Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
• Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
• Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement
