Jewson in Croydon, part of Stark UK, is hiring a Sales Advisor for a full-time role at Addiscombe Road. Mon-Fri 7:30–17:00, plus every other Saturday 08:00–12:00, with regular yard coverage.

You will drive sales through prospecting, manage existing accounts, onboard new customers, and seek margin growth through upselling. Expect customer visits, demonstrations, and accurate forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting: identify new business opportunities and pursue new customer accounts.
• Account Management - Customer Retention & Growth: maintain and grow relationships, upsell and cross-sell solutions.
• Onboarding & Activation: onboard new customers and maximise spend in first 13 weeks.
• Margin & Share of Wallet growth: optimise margins and increase wallet share per customer.
• Sales Process Management: manage sales process from lead to close with forecasting and pipeline care.
• Customer engagement: conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Reporting & Feedback: provide timely reports on sales activity and market feedback.
