Job summary

Jewson Orkney branch is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge in-store. You’ll build relationships with new and existing customers, process orders, manage deliveries, and maintain branch presentation.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 7:30–17:00, plus every third Saturday 08:00–12:00, with a competitive salary, performance bonus, generous holiday allowance, pension, and life assurance benefits.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services to maximise customer interactions.

• Use our in-house systems to process orders and payments, organise deliveries, and update customer accounts.
• Keep the branch looking clean and tidy to make a great first impression.
• Maintain stock levels with regular stock counts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement.
