Job summary

Recruit4staff are representing an established precision engineering and manufacturing business in their search for a Sales Administrator to work in Deeside. You will be the main day-to-day contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders and maintaining accurate customer and pricing information within Salesforce.

You will resolve queries, complaints and delivery discrepancies while supporting account management activities and providing customers with regular updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Sales Administrator or customer support role.
• Customer-focused and proactive with ownership of enquiries to resolution.
• Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills and willingness to adapt to changing hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and process orders.
• Maintain accurate customer and pricing information in Salesforce.
