Job summary

Rapiscan Systems is seeking an organised Services Administrator to manage contract renewals, quotations and related admin tasks across the EMEA region. The role is based from our Redhill site and reports to the Business Development Manager for Services.

The successful candidate will handle purchase orders, process engineer reports for customers, and maintain accurate records while upholding Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage service contract renewals.
• Prepare and issue quotations.
• Follow up outstanding quotations.
• Raise purchase orders for third‑party providers.
• Process engineer reports for customers.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Support contract‑related enquiries.
