Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited represents a client in the UK seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support UK and Ireland sales teams. You will handle enquiries, arrange appointments, quotations, trials and long-term loan requests to help families access communication technology.

You will bring structure, maintain CRM data, and generate pipeline reports to inform decision-making. This hybrid role offers collaborative work and strong benefits across the Sales, Marketing, Trials

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting a sales, customer service or commercial team.
• Experience producing KPI, sales pipeline or performance reports.
• Experience using CRM or business systems to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of assistive technology, healthcare, education or disability services.
• Experience qualifying leads and following up sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for sales enquiries and leads.
• Triaging and qualifying enquiries for prompt support.
• Coordinate appointments, diaries, communications and wider sales activity.
• Provide clear information about products and services.
• Prepare accurate quotations and support opportunities from enquiry to purchase.
• Coordinate assessments, equipment trials and long-term loan requests.
• Maintain complete CRM and activity records.
• Produce timely sales, pipeline, KPI and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Trials and Operations to create a joined-up experience.
