Job summary

Elite Personnel Services Ltd in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, is seeking an experienced Administrator for a permanent Sales Administrator role.

You will liaise with the artwork department, customers and suppliers; ensure procedures are followed and deadlines met; and maintain accuracy of all orders. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and flexibility to cover other areas of the business as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous administration / customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• First-class attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with the artwork department and customers and suppliers
• Ensuring departmental procedures are followed and deadlines and deliveries are met
• Responsibility for the efficiency and accuracy of all orders taken
• Liaising with both customers and suppliers to ensure the highest levels of customer service are met and queries are dealt with as a priority
• Invoicing, acknowledgements and other administrative duties including filing etc
• Being flexible to cover other areas of the business if and when required
