Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking an organised Sales Administrator to join the Aggregates & Asphalt commercial team. You will act as the central coordinator for customer administration, quotations, pricing and reporting, helping Territory Sales Managers, ISRs and Commercial Managers deliver excellent service and commercial performance.

This role will also involve maintaining CRM data, monitoring pricing accuracy and supporting commercial projects to drive regional growth and customer

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfort working with data, systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers.
• Experience in commercial, sales or administrative roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the Aggregates and Asphalt commercial teams.
• Produce and maintain customer quotations in line with pricing and margin guidelines.
• Support TSMs and ISRs with customer contracts and pricing agreements.
• Assist Area Commercial Managers in preparing customer reviews, sales meetings and business development activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information within CRM and commercial systems.
• Monitor quotation conversion rates, won/lost business reports and lapsed customer opportunities.
• Ensure customer pricing and sales information remains accurate and up to date.
• Support customer onboarding, account set-up and regional cash sales activities.
• Produce regular commercial performance reports and analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and commercial visibility.
