Job summary

Silcom Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a New & Used car dealership near Bath for an experienced car sales administrator. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will cover two sites, handle admin, HPIs, invoicing and posting deals.

You will also tax vehicles, complete V5s and ensure deals are invoiced by month-end while liaising with Sales Managers. The role offers a £19,000–£20,000 basic salary, a car purchase scheme and 22 days holiday, rising after two years.

Qualifications

• Current or previous motor trade experience in a Sales Administration position is essential for this role.
• Current or previous experience using Kerridge or a similar package is beneficial.
