Hays are working with an organisation based in Tamworth who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious and professional. You will have a good attention to detail, ensuring all data and information is checked before entering.

Your new role

As a Sales Administrator, your role will involve:

  • Working collaboratively to support the Sales Operation team
  • Data administration
  • Managing existing clients on our database
  • Nurturing relationships
  • Upselling/cross-selling business and generating more sales
  • Managing CRM systems
What you'll need to succeed
  • The ideal candidate will come from an Account Manager, Sales, or Administrative background
  • Good initiative, excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and computer literacy
  • Enjoy speaking to clients/customers with the skillset to upsell/cross-sell and extract relevant information
  • Live chat experience would be beneficial
  • You will also have an excellent level of concentration, with the ability to stay organised and prioritise workloads
  • Experience working with a CRM system involving accurate data capture is highly desirable
