Are you a detail-oriented and highly organised professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a well-established business based in Leicester, is currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You’ll be responsible for creating accurate quotations, processing sales orders efficiently, and keeping the CRM system fully up to date.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Creating and issuing customer quotations in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Processing sales orders and ensuring all documentation is complete
  3. Updating and maintaining the CRM system to reflect all client interactions and sales activity
  4. Liaising with customers and internal teams to provide updates and resolve queries
  5. Supporting the wider sales function with administrative tasks as required
