A leading global distributor seeks an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team in North Ferriby. This Temp to Perm role offers a competitive salary and great training opportunities. Responsibilities include processing orders and liaising with the Customer Success team. Candidates should possess excellent organization, customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
We are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to a join a global distributor based on the outskirts of Hull . This is a fantastic opportunity that offers stability, great training opportunities and a starting salary of £23,500.
Shift pattern / Working hours
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm
The Sales Administrator role is a Temp to Perm position that will commence with immediate effect, however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this. This will be a permanent placement after completion of 12 working weeks.
As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for processing customer orders to support thre Customer Success team. Your duties will include;
· Processing customer orders
· Liaising with thew CS team and commercial department to best support customers
· Managing the workflow of orders through to the warehouse
· Confirming orders to customers with a back order report
· Sourcing alternative products and switching these out for customers where necessary
· Managing the sales inbox
The successful candidate:
To be considered for the position of Sales Administrator you must;
· Have excellent organisation skills and able to work under pressure
· Be able to prioritise tasks and manage own workload efficiently
· Have the ability to work to targets and deadlines
· Be competent on Microsoft Mail, Excel and Word
· Have excellent customer service and administration skills
