Sales Administrator – Doncaster – £23,129 - £24,500 Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a well-established, successful manufacturing business based in the Doncaster area who are actively seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their bright and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business within a varied role, where you will receive full support and training. You’ll work closely across the Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Production teams to ensure a seamless order process. Benefits:

  • Salary of £23,129 increasing to £24,500 after completion of probation period

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Communicating across various departments to ensure orders are accurate and shipped within a timely manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service from queries, order booking through to order updates
  • Ensuring product information is available on the system along with the correct instructions
  • Processing and submitting invoices to the customer
  • Monitoring credit control throughout the order process
  • Preparing and managing all shipping documentation
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Clear and confident communications skills
