Competitive Salary, Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, 34 days paid leave, pension, retail discounts, and EAP.

About the Role

As part of a major visual communications group specializing in design, print, and fulfillment of promotional marketing materials for Retail and FMCG sectors, a new Account Executive is needed to join their longstanding team. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships and includes the following responsibilities:

  1. Studio briefing, raising estimates, and booking work with production.
  2. Proofreading and checking files before printing.
  3. Taking effective written and verbal briefs.
  4. Liaising with all departments.
  5. Communicating with clients and customers.
Candidate Requirements

Experience in sales administration, account management, business development, or customer service is beneficial. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are key, as you will manage client requests and escalate requirements as needed. Experience with Tharstern is advantageous but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
