Sales Administrators,

The Recruitment Solution has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to work with our client's team at their franchised dealership based in Guildford.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
  1. Checking vehicle orders and completing trade invoicing efficiently and accurately
  2. Liaising with the Sales Executive team over the phone, via email, and face-to-face when required
  3. Organising, scheduling, and diarising RFL renewals, VLC updates, and insurance cover
  4. Taxing and invoicing new and used cars
  5. Raising purchase orders for maintenance work required
  6. Liaising with customers and dealing with their enquiries
  7. Inputting stock details into the group's computer system
  8. Arranging new car deliveries with drivers
  9. Liaising with delivery agents to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to a high standard
  10. Working closely with group dealers and customers to ensure payment is received on time
  11. Maintaining accurate stock records
  12. Ensuring all documentation is entered into relevant systems accurately and on time
  13. Performing general ad hoc duties as required
Sales Administrator Requirements:
  • Vehicle administration experience
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience using Kerridge and AFRL
  • Team player
  • Highly organised
