Eden Scott's client who is based in the City Centre of Edinburgh is seeking IFA Sales Support Assistant Administrator. Our client prides themselves on providing top-tier financial advisory services. The team is renowned for its commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and professional growth. Our client works with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored advice and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Financial Planning administrative support to Directors and Financial Advisors by assisting with client onboarding, documentation, and account maintenance.
  • Point of contact for new and existing clients to deal with queries.
  • Process new business and ensure clients are kept updated with progress.
  • Help to book meetings for advisers and ensure that all review meetings are booked within appropriate timeframes.
  • Complete all review meeting letters and associated regulatory requirements.
  • Process switches and portfolio rebalancing.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in IFA Support Admin Role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and excellence
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in financial services are a plus
