Qualifications

• Expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans un rôle administratif au sein de l'industrie automobile.
• Connaissances avancées en administration et utilisation d'Excel.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et respecter les délais.

We have a brilliant opportunity to join our friendly and dynamic team at BMW Bristol as a Sales Administrator. This role will support the daily function of the sales department and you will become an integral part of our process.

• Vehicle taxing
• Invoicing
• Ordering stock and customer vehicles
• Administration duties associated with the sales process
• Organising the workload of the Sales Administration team
• Maintaining standards on all new and used car documents to ensure everything required is present, including both keys, a valid V5, service history, trackers, and any other necessary documents.
• Creating packs for each car being delivered, ensuring all customer paperwork to be signed is present and correct.
• Experience of working in an administrative role within the automotive industry for at least 2 years is essential
• Strong administration and excel experience
• Be comfortable working to deadlines
• Competent level of organisation and attention to detail
• Reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic
