Exciting times at Churchill Retirement Living! Due to our growth, we are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to support our Sales Teams across the UK.
Based at our stunning Head Office in Ringwood, you will play a critical role by supporting our Sales Executive from plot reservations through to sales completion. Your responsibilities will include updating various systems and schedules, and providing essential administrative support vital for the business.
You will also assist in setting up new sites, ensuring all plot files and sales correspondence are accurate and up to date.
You will liaise daily with our Sales Executive and Solicitors, answering queries and following up on outstanding documentation. Additionally, you will coordinate with Sales Managers to update reports.
Hours of work are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays, with a 1-hour lunch break.
We are seeking a self-motivated, personable, and positive individual with initiative who enjoys working in a busy team. Previous administrative experience and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident with IT packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
