Stellantis &You UK is seeking an Sales Administration Supervisor at Head Office. You will oversee Sales Admin staff and support Sales/B2B departments in automating financial operations and vehicle transactions to meet and exceed sales targets.

The role requires at least one year in a similar automotive role, proven proficiency with word processing, databases, email and internet tools, and strong organisational skills. A competitive package accompanies this opportunity.

• At least one year of experience in a similar role within the automotive network.
• Experience in parts distribution or automotive logistics.
• Proficient in word processing, database software, email and internet applications.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all deals and processes are completed in a timely manner per agreed standards.
• Support Sales Admin Manager and Sales/B2B departments with accurate administration of financial operations and vehicle movement records.
• Maintain up-to-date REDs and ensure compliance with group policies at all times.
• Prepare and analyse tax, audit and delivery reports; ensure accuracy against targets.

Role Overview:

An exciting new opportunity has come up here at Head Office. This is a great opportunity for you to become a key member of the Stellantis &You team.

As an Sales Administration Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the Sales Admin Staff allocated to you alongside supporting the Sales/B2B Departments by ensuring efficient administration of all financial operations and systems and to ensure that all vehicle movements and transactions and departmental strategies to achieve, and strive to exceed, all sales objectives.

In this role you will also:

• Ensure that all deals are processed in a timely manner in accordance with the processes and standards agreed
• Support the Sales Admin Manager
• Ensure that there is adequate cover for all tasks
• Ensure that Group policies are conformed to at all times
• Develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with Company colleagues
• Ensure RED's are up to date
• Run M&O status vehicles. We shouldn't have any M status vehicles. Check if the status should be O, C, or A
• Physical locations check ie Demo/CC's- these vehicle shouldn't be in New stock For example for West London physical location should be LW5
• Selling locations check for example Peugeot at West London should is WW1 etc- check Full Forecast.
• Credit Note register, check on a weekly basis and at month end
• F2M stock if all set up and check progress code
• RNI reports
• MID checks- if all cars are registered on it
• Tax report at month end to send to managers to check if numbers agree with targets
• Ensure that Audits are up to date
• ME Delivery reports- cut off
• Run ICT's with wrong VAT code
