Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is seeking a Sales Administrator with 1–2 years of experience in a UK main multi-dealer dealership environment. You will handle ordering, invoicing, and documentation routing using Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within automotive parts distribution or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and manage stock in a timely manner.
• Prepare invoices for new and used vehicle sales and part exchanges.
• Arrange vehicle funding for used and sold vehicles.
• Route documentation on completion of sales to all relevant departments.
• Update and maintain EDC system and generate weekly reports.

Role Description:

• Orderingof new stock and calling of for customer orders.
• Processing consignment notes
• Invoicingnew and used vehicle sales, creating any part exchange details.
• Arrange vehicle funding for used vehicles and sold vehicles.
• Ensure on completion of vehicle’s sale ensure routing of documentation to all appropriate departments.
• Raising gap insurance and warranty policies ensuring all documentation is ready for the customer.
• Maintaining and keeping EDC up to date.
• Weekly reporting to chase missing deal files or paperwork.
• Ensure that deal profit and losses are correct as per thedealerwebsystem.
• Familiarise yourself with the current marketing campaigns and GDPR requirements for audit purposes.
