Suntory Oceania is seeking an Administration Coordinator to join the Swanbank team. You will keep operations moving, connect people and ensure information flows, supporting Sales and Operations with various admin tasks. The role offers training, growth opportunities and a hybrid working model.

We're looking for an Administration Coordinator to become a key part of our Swanbank team. This role is about much more than administration, you'll be the person who keeps things moving, connects people, ensures information flows efficiently and helps our teams operate at their best. While administration experience is important, we're ultimately looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity, energy and cultural fit who wants to learn and grow with us.
Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you'll provide critical support across our Sales and Operations teams, including:

We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and building relationships.
Experience with SAP is beneficial but not essential. We can teach systems. what we're really looking for is someone who is technologically savvy, curious, bubbly and eager to learn and contribute.
