Silcom Recruitment are supporting a 40-year established business in Horsham, seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator with transactional accounting duties. This role combines sales admin with ledgers and invoicing to support the sales team and finance functions.

You will manage used car stock, invoices, postings, and tax vehicles, ensuring month-end invoicing is complete. A meticulous, organised approach is essential.

• Organised and thorough with details.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor used car sales on the DMS (Pinnacle).
• Support Sales team: set up, invoice and post deals.
• Taxing of vehicles and liaising with Sales Managers.
• Keep track of deals and ensure invoicing by month-end.
• Carry out Sales & Purchase Ledger tasks.

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a 40-year established business with their growth plans. After a recent new site acquisition our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator who will also hold experience within transactional accounting duties.

Responsibilities:

• Process and monitoring of used car sales on the company's DMS (Pinnacle)
• Support Sales team - set up, invoice and post deals.
• Taxing of vehicles
• Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month
• Liaising with Sales Managers
• Bringing used cars into stock
• Petty cash
• Sales & Purchase Ledger

You will be organised and thorough with your work.

The Package:

£24,000 - £27,000 starting salary - Dependent on experience.

Monday to Friday - 40-hour working week
