About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

Strategic Growth & Market Development

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer demands.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and business goals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their challenges and provide solutions.
  • Drive customer retention through loyalty programs, promotions, and personalized service.
Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and customer feedback.
  • Use CRM tools (such as Monday) to manage accounts and optimize workflow.
