OTE: £60,000 (Real-life examples of overachieving, £80K+ possible)

Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 Monday to Friday

Due to rapid growth supported by customer base acquisitions, the Global 4 account management division is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Account Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join this high-performing division. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our clients, manage account renewals, and cross-sell our full suite of services. You will be a hosted telephone and connectivity expert, with the tools to cross-sell IT support, Mobiles, Utilities, and Security services, supporting customers who house their key business services under one Global 4 roof.

What will you be doing?

  • Grow and develop our existing customer base through daily account calls and on-site health checks.
  • Cross-sell and introduce additional services and new platforms via our multi-service discount proposals.
  • Retain customers by building strong relationships.
  • Act as a point of contact for account queries, supported by our extensive support teams.
  • Update customer and service information in our CRM system to identify future opportunities.
  • Develop opportunity pipelines and track progress.
  • Keep customers informed about installations and projects.

Required skills & experience

  • Proven experience in telecommunication/IT solution sales.
  • Experience managing and retaining accounts while increasing profitability through cross-selling.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic with high energy.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Confident in telephone and face-to-face client interactions.
  • Financially driven and goal-oriented.
