As an Internal Sales Executive you will join our current co-workers in providing an exceptional customer experience, while allowing you the opportunity to grow your career within Distribution.

Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers
Conduct meaningful conversations with customers around a solution/product area
Maximise call potential and outcomes using a number of different sources to gain information on customers
Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets for the aligned customer
Builds excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement
Develops partner relationships through planning and cross-selling
Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as daily talk time and outbound calls
Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers
Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience within a sales environment from any industry
A proven track record in sales and understanding of targets
Consistently striving to “Delight the Customer”
Work effectively as part of a team
Winning mentality with a proactive attitude
Successful in building long term customer relationships
Willingness to share experience and knowledge with others to enhance team performance
Experience from within the IT channel would be an advantage
