The Company:

Our client is building a creator-first platform that empowers talent across industries—fitness, entertainment, lifestyle, and more—to monetize and grow their fanbase like never before.

With rapid growth and a passionate user base, the company is looking for an ambitious Sales Account Executive to drive their creator acquisition strategy and close high-impact deals.

The Role:

  • Proactively identify and outreach to high-potential creators, influencers, and talent managers globally.
  • Conduct compelling pitch calls and demos, effectively communicating the company's unique value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close deals that bring top creators onto the platform.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through onboarding handoff.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and support to ensure a best-in-class creator experience.
  • Help shape the company's sales playbook as they scale across new verticals and territories.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years in a closing sales role—ideally in tech, creator economy, talent management, or digital media.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural networker and communicator who builds trust quickly.
  • Understanding of the creator space and/or digital content platforms is preferred but not required.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable—thrives in a startup environment.
  • Bonus: experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
