We’re looking for a Sales Account Director to join our team in London and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Who We AreAt Seedtag, we lead the way in contextual advertising with our machine learning-powered platform. Our technology provides superior brand safety, human-like content understanding, and advanced cookieless targeting, making ads more engaging and respectful. Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 700 Seedtaggers across 17 countries, raising €250M to revolutionise digital advertising.

Your Challenge

  • Own and grow a portfolio of media agencies and clients outside of London, driving revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to agency structures and client needs.
  • Present and promote Seedtag’s contextual advertising solutions, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver top-tier client service and campaign performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead proactive, insight-driven sales initiatives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and accurately manage your sales pipeline.
  • Act as the main point of contact for agency stakeholders, ensuring strong day-to-day relationship management.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on agency relationships and revenue generation.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital media ecosystem, including programmatic and agency operations.
  • Proven ability to pitch consultative solutions and close strategic deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for AdTech, innovation, and contextual advertising solutions.
  • Native-level English proficiency and a collaborative mindset that thrives in team settings.
