About the Team: The Global Agency & Accounts Team (GA&A) is a strategic partner to top advertisers and agencies, helping them develop TikTok solutions that build brands and businesses. We seek a client-facing Global Account Director based in London to lead relationships with our largest CPG partners. The role involves working with regional sales teams worldwide, driving revenue growth, managing contracts, legal clearances, product education, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will focus on revenue, client service, and collaboration, providing tailored solutions for advertisers and internal teams.

  • Drive global revenue through collaboration with clients and sales teams.
  • Lead platform activations and innovations globally.
  • Support regional sales in overcoming business challenges and in pitching.
  • Educate clients and agencies on product solutions to foster business growth.
  • Analyze account data for insights and improve offerings.
  • Conduct business reviews and build long-term client relationships.
  • Foster a collaborative environment sharing knowledge across teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs.
  • Handle forecasting, deal management, and market analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in sales or business development with a track record of client management and revenue growth in digital marketing.
  • Experience working in global networks with regional nuances.
  • Data analysis skills for business insights.
  • Proactive with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, DAR, MOAT).
