GP Practice in Wales is seeking a Salaried GP to join Furnace House Surgery, Carmarthen, for 6 to 8 sessions per week with flexible patterns including job share. We offer a supportive, forward-thinking environment with strong training and development opportunities, mentorship for newly qualified GPs, and a link to the GP Training Scheme with Swansea University Medical School.

The practice has ~15,000 patients with a seven-partner team, supported by Salaried GPs, pharmacists and a Chronic Disease

Qualifikationen

• GMC registration is required.

Aufgaben

• Carry out surgery and telephone consultations and home visits.
• Issue and sign repeat prescriptions and handle paperwork.
• Provide health education and develop care plans with patients.
