Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified GP with Full GMC registration and CCT.
• MRCGP encouraged; two years salaried GP experience.
• Experience in primary care environments and home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred general medical services.
• Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Prescribe safely and appropriately with timely referrals.
• Support patients with ongoing and complex health needs.
• Work with multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Participate in governance, clinical reviews and quality improvement.
• Contribute to development of practice services.
