Job summary

Dolphin House Surgery in Ware is seeking a salaried GP to join our clinical team. The role covers routine and on‑the‑day care, duty and triage sessions, long‑term condition management, and shared home visits with administrative support.

We welcome both newly qualified and experienced GPs and offer structured mentorship, strong teamwork, and access to Heidi and Accurx AI tools with SystmOne to support clinical learning.

Qualifications

• GMC registration and licence to practise are required.

Job description

The salaried GP joins the clinical team at Dolphin House Surgery. The work combines routine and same-day consultations with duty and triage sessions, long-term condition management, shared home visits, and contribution to clinical learning and meetings. The post is for six sessions a week and welcomes both newly qualified and experienced GPs, with home visits supported by an in-hours visiting service and administrative workload supported. It requires GMC registration with a licence to practise and inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
