Dolphin House Surgery in Ware is seeking a salaried GP to join our clinical team. The role covers routine and on‑the‑day care, duty and triage sessions, long‑term condition management, and shared home visits with administrative support.

We welcome both newly qualified and experienced GPs and offer structured mentorship, strong teamwork, and access to Heidi and Accurx AI tools with SystmOne to support clinical learning.

Qualifications

• GMC registration and licence to practise are required.
• Inclusion on NHS Performers List is essential.
• Commitment to patient-centred, continuous care.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and on-the-day clinical care.
• Undertake duty and triage sessions.
• Manage patients with long-term conditions.
• Share home visits with support from the in-hours visiting service.
• Participate in journal clubs, clinical meetings and GSF.
