Job summary

Park Lane Surgery, a GMS practice of under 10,000 patients, is recruiting a permanent salaried GP to work six sessions across three days. The role focuses on 15-minute appointments, duty sessions with the duty team, follow-up clinics, and limited home visiting, with clinician-led total triage and protected admin time.

The post requires GMC registration, MRCGP, and inclusion on the England Performers List, with an emphasis on research involvement and in-house clinics.

Responsibilities

• Six sessions over three days a week.
• Two morning sessions of 15-minute appointments, 15 patients each.
• Duty sessions shared with the duty team.
• Afternoon of follow-up appointments with your own patients.
• Protected admin afternoon.
• Clinician-led total triage with care navigators and duty team filtering demand.
• Low home visiting covered by the Acute In-Hours Visiting Service with access to Hospital at Home.
• No extended hours or weekend commitments; extended access delivered by the PCN.
• Start and finish times move with duty sessions, with other timing adjustments considered.
