Job summary

Flexzo Ai is seeking two Salaried General Practitioners to join a well‑established GP practice in Wadhurst, East Sussex. Two vacancies (one immediate, one from October) with flexible working where service needs allow.

15‑minute appointments and a supportive multidisciplinary team are provided, including GPs, ACPs, nurses and pharmacists. You will join a patient‑centred practice that emphasises high‑quality care and collaborative working, with on-site parking and a structured interview process

Qualifications

• MRCGP qualified is essential.
• Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise required.
• Inclusion on GMC GP Register required.
• Listed on NHS National Performers List (England, Wales or Northern Ireland) required.
• Independent Prescriber status preferred.
• UK based.
• Excellent communication and patient-centred consultation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality General Practice consultations.
• Assess, diagnose and manage acute and long-term conditions.
• Develop personalised treatment and management plans.
• Prescribe safely as an Independent Prescriber.
• Refer patients appropriately to secondary and community services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records using SystmOne.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement.

About The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for two Salaried General Practitioners to join a well‑established, forward‑thinking GP practice in Wadhurst. The practice is recruiting due to both planned growth and an upcoming vacancy, with one position available immediately and a second commencing from October. You'll be joining a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred primary care, with 15‑minute appointments and flexible working arrangements where service needs allow.
