Job summary

Flexzo Ai is seeking one or two Salaried GPs to join an established GP practice in West Sussex from October 2026. This permanent role offers 15-minute appointments and a supportive multidisciplinary team including nurses, pharmacists and ANPs.

You will deliver high-quality General Practice consultations, assess and manage conditions, and maintain accurate records using SystmOne while working collaboratively within the team.

Qualifications

• Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise.
• Independent Prescriber.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary primary care team.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are seeking one or two Salaried GPs to join an established and supportive GP practice in West Sussex from October 2026.

This is a permanent opportunity within a large multidisciplinary primary care team, offering 15-minute appointments and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced group of GPs, nurses, pharmacists, ANPs and wider practice staff.

• Develop appropriate treatment and management plans

What We're Looking For

The practice uses SystmOne, with standard GP appointments lasting 15 minutes. Working hours start from 08:0 and can run until 18:30 when covering duty.
