Job summary

Waverley Medical Centre in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, is seeking a Salaried GP to join their team for 4–6 sessions per week. The practice operates across several sites within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and comprehensive medical care to the practice population.
• Manage a broad range of acute, urgent and complex presentations.
• Diagnose and manage long-term conditions.
• Develop personalised management and treatment plans.
• Provide preventative care, health promotion and support with self-management.
• Appropriate referrals to secondary care, community services and other agencies.
• Work collaboratively as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to clinical governance, QOF, audit and continuous quality improvement.
