Job summary

Lift Schools in the UK offers a school-based Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme for aspiring Computing teachers. The salaried route lets you earn while you learn, working toward a PGCE and QTS, with strong practical classroom experience and dedicated 1-on-1 mentoring.

Throughout the year you'll receive weekly feedback, targeted training, and access to a nationwide network across Ark Teacher Training and Lift Schools’ 62 schools, all aimed at developing confident, effective Computing

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or strong computing background preferred.
• GCSEs English & Maths minimum.
• Right to live and work in the UK for the duration of the programme.
• Must not currently hold QTS.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical classroom experience as a Computing teacher.
• Receive weekly feedback and tailored career support.
• Participate in targeted weekly training and mentoring sessions.
