Job summary

Everfield, the parent group behind Cim Software, is seeking a hands-on Sage 200 support specialist to join a tight-knit team in the UK. You will handle 1st and 2nd line cases from direct customers and resellers, using phone, email, and ticketing to resolve issues while expanding product knowledge across Cim360.cloud.

We value a calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting, strong customer communication, and basic SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Solid Sage 200 support experience in a 1st/2nd line role.
• Strong customer service skills and clear written and verbal communication.
• Methodical, calm approach to troubleshooting and case ownership.
• Comfortable working with databases, with at least basic SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Work the incoming support queue, handling 1st and 2nd line cases for direct customers and partners by phone, email, and ticket.
• Collaborate with the support team to maintain sharp response times during busy periods.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using the knowledge base and growing product knowledge.
• Investigate configuration and data issues, including running SQL queries where needed.
• Escalate complex cases clearly with reproduction steps.
• Keep cases updated and communicate with customers and partners throughout.
• Contribute to the knowledgebase so common issues are easier to resolve over time.
