Job Description

1. Work closely with engineering, facilities, and construction teams to ensure safety is a priority in all factory and facility designs.
2. Ensure installations and CDM activities are carried out safely.
3. Support site installation teams during build, installation, and commissioning phases.
4. Assist in machine and manufacturing line concept reviews to ensure all health and safety aspects are considered.
5. Review site plans and layout proposals with regard to health and safety standards.
6. Proactively promote health and safety, aiming to improve adherence across all business areas and with external contractors and OEMs.
7. Advise and enforce health and safety measures during installation processes.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in delivering or assisting with health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
2. Experience in machine safety sign-off.
3. Certified Member of Safety Engineering (CMSE) or equivalent.
4. Member of a recognized professional body.

Additional Information

1. 6-12 months fixed-term contract (FTC).
2. Pay rates dependent on experience.
3. Inside IR35 regulation applies.
