Role Overview: We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee the entire engine life-cycle industrialisation process within Rolls-Royce's AD&T Engineering department in Derby. This role involves promoting best practices, implementing digital capabilities, and influencing global processes across engine assembly, disassembly, and testing phases.
Responsibilities include:
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with strategic thinking abilities, capable of coaching and influencing at all levels, with knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FAI, and change control processes. Experience in manufacturing engineering specific to engine assembly/disassembly and familiarity with Part 145 and Part 21 regulations are advantageous.
