Job summary

Haven is seeking a Park & Financial Safety Advisor to safeguard safety, financial compliance, and sustainability across its UK park network. You will coach park teams, supervise inductions, and ensure contractor qualifications while coordinating with external bodies and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• IOSH Managing Safely (preferred).
• Level 3 Food Hygiene (preferred).
• Strong understanding of safety compliance, risk assessments, and financial audits.
• Excellent administration, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and train teams effectively.
• Experience with external enforcement bodies and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coach, and support park teams to achieve high safety and financial compliance.
• Ensure all team members and contractors hold relevant qualifications and complete site inductions.
• Develop and maintain risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and compliance checks.
• Oversee records and inspections for statutory examination assets and fleet vehicles.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and claims, gathering evidence and reporting.
• Conduct internal audits on financial compliance, stock control, cash handling, and safety protocols.
• Deliver coaching and training on safety, stock, and financial compliance processes.
• Coordinate safety compliance visits with external bodies (local councils, fire services, EHOs).
• Collaborate with park leadership to drive energy-saving and recycling programs.
• Participate in weekly and monthly leadership meetings with updates on safety and compliance.
