Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland on behalf of its client seeks a dynamic Safety Centre Advisor to support workplace safety and customer service. This fixed-term maternity cover is a 12-week contract with a full-time schedule, 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, in Bracknell.

You will conduct face fit testing, provide expert safety product guidance, and assist customers in selecting equipment, while supporting hiring, servicing, and maintenance of safety gear. Uphold Health & Safety standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
• A full UK driving licence is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a busy environment
• Conduct face fit testing as an accredited Face Fit Tester
• Provide expert technical advice on safety products and assist customers in selecting equipment
• Support the hire, servicing, and maintenance of safety equipment
• Welcome visitors and delegates, conduct site inductions, and enforce safety procedures
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers
• Manage customer inquiries through to resolution
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Engage in outbound calls to promote services and offers
• Uphold Health & Safety standards throughout the site
