Job summary

Arco Limited is seeking a Customer Service & Training Advisor for a fixed-term maternity cover. Based at the Safety Centre in Bracknell, you will deliver exceptional customer service, provide safety equipment guidance, and conduct face fit testing. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, onsite.

You will also assist with equipment hire, service maintenance, and health & safety compliance while supporting sales-driven activities and customer training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Knowledge of safety equipment is advantageous.
• Performance-focused approach with strong customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Delivering great customer service across a multi-functional site.
• Carrying out face fit testing as an accredited Face Fit Tester.
• Ensuring the supply of safety equipment for hire and advising on equipment selection.
• Signing in delegates, providing site inductions, and keeping on-site safety.
• Developing knowledge of Arco products to support customers and influence sales.
• Handling enquiries through to resolution.
• Working with Sales to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Delivering and driving retail sales targets.
• Making outbound calls to promote services and offers.
• Supporting servicing and maintenance of safety equipment.
• Maintaining Health & Safety standards within the building.
