Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Safety Centre Advisor in Binefield, Bracknell for a 12-week temp-to-perm contract. Working pattern is full time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, conduct face fit testing as an accredited tester, provide expert safety product advice, and support hire, servicing and maintenance of safety equipment while enforcing site health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborative team player in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of safety equipment advantageous but not essential.
• A full UK driving licence is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a bustling, multi-functional environment.
• Conduct face fit testing as an accredited Face Fit Tester.
• Provide expert technical advice on safety products and help customers select equipment.
• Support hire, servicing and maintenance of safety equipment, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Welcome visitors and delegates, conduct site inductions and enforce safety procedures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers.
• Manage customer inquiries through to resolution, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in outbound calls to promote services and communicate offers.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards throughout the site.
