Job summary

Abri is seeking a Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planner to support our trades operatives and ensure repairs are delivered promptly and efficiently. You will coordinate diaries, repairs, and servicing, keeping customers informed with clear updates and collaborating with contractors to ensure materials and services are in place.

The role is office-based, five days a week, and centers on delivering a reliable, first-time fix approach while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing operatives’ diaries so the right colleague is in the right place at the right time
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and servicing to keep everything running smoothly for our customers
• Making sure emergency work and overdue services are picked up quickly and completed in line with our commitments
• Keeping in touch with our customers, giving clear, timely updates and making sure they know what to expect every step of the way
• Working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials, equipment and services are in place when needed

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our repairs and servicing operation running smoothly - making sure the right colleague gets to the right job at the right time.

This role will be office based 5 days per week.
