Abri seeks a Safety Assurance Analyst in Yeovil to turn data into insights for landlord safety across our homes. You’ll monitor performance, identify risks and support audits and improvement projects to meet legal obligations and raise safety standards.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Abri and engage in wider strategic work, including due diligence and special projects, contributing to safer housing for customers.
At Abri, safety isn’t just a compliance requirement. It’s about making sure our customers can feel safe and secure in their homes.
As our Safety Assurance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver on that promise. Working within our Landlord Safety team, you’ll turn data into insight, providing the assurance, reporting and analysis that helps us meet our legal obligations and continuously improve how we keep customers safe.
If you enjoy problem solving, digging into data and making a real difference behind the scenes, this could be the role for you.
In this role, you’ll help us stay one step ahead when it comes to customer safety. Using data, insight and assurance activities, you’ll monitor performance, identify risks and spot opportunities for improvement across our landlord safety programmes.
Working with colleagues from across Abri, you’ll provide the reporting and assurance that supports good decision-making, strengthens compliance and helps us deliver safe, quality homes for our customers. You’ll also support audits, regulatory enquiries and improvement projects that continue to raise the bar for safety and compliance.
You’ll have the chance to get involved in wider strategic work too, including merger due diligence and special projects, giving you exposure to key business initiatives and the opportunity to make a difference beyond your day-to-day role.
You don’t need to come from a landlord safety background to succeed in this role. We’re looking for someone who’s naturally inquisitive, enjoys working with data and is motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact for customers.
You’ll love getting into the detail, understanding what the data is telling us and using those insights to help shape better decisions. Just as importantly, you’ll enjoy working with people, building trusted relationships and collaborating with colleagues to improve how we do things.
Experience of compliance, housing, property safety or asset management would be beneficial, but if you have strong analytical skills, enjoy solving problems and are keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets will help you thrive, and a qualification in Data Analysis, or similar experience, would be a bonus.
At Abri, you’ll be part of a supportive team where your ideas are valued and your development matters. We’ll give you opportunities to grow your skills, broaden your experience and build a rewarding career.
Most importantly, you’ll know that the work you do has a direct impact on the safety and wellbeing of our customers and communities.
