Job summary

• Knowledge of safeguarding for children and adults at risk.
• Ability to interpret up-to-date research to clinical practice.
• Experience in developing and auditing safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Safeguarding, Named Nurse and Specialist Practitioners in statutory roles.
• Promote quality and effectiveness of health workers' safeguarding responses.
• Develop, implement policies and audit in partnership with other organisations.
• Engage with external agencies on safeguarding issues and improvements.
