National Grid is hiring a Delivery Orchestration Lead in Warwick. The role focuses on owning the delivery flow across multiple Agile Release Trains, coordinating release trains, and ensuring successful go-lives in a hybrid work model.

You will lead planning, manage risks and dependencies, and provide a single credible view of committed delivery to stakeholders. Strong SAFe practice and leadership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience orchestrating delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe and its ceremonies, artefacts and roles.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale delivery planning and governance.

Aufgaben

• Own the integrated delivery plan across products and platforms.
• Lead Programme Increment planning across the trains and dependencies.
• Publish cross-train dependency and impediment views and drive resolution.
• Own the delivery risk position with clear ownership and mitigations.
• Manage the integrated release schedule across products and platforms.
• Provide delivery insight through cadence, throughput and cycle time reporting.
• Coordinate Release Train Engineers to align objectives and performance.
• Partner with Product Management, Solution Architecture and Engineering Enablement Leads.
